Licensed Zumba Instructor Donna Skinner will give you a great workout but you feel like you're at a party! In Zumba, we use different rythms liske Salsa, Cumbia, Hip Hop, even Braodway music! Zumba is interval training, bringing your heart rate up, and then providing a very important "recovery", which not only helps you burn calories, but gives you stamina. In Zumba Burst provides provides you with a great workout in a short amount of time. We do high intensity moves, although modifications are always offered. The best thing about these classes are the people who attend! Come dance, sweat, and smile with us and you're bound to make a few friends in the process of getting to a stronger you.
