Tobe combines her personal training and pilates background to create a class including strength training, cardio bursts, and core strengthening. Every fitness level is welcome and modifications will be given, but come knowing that this is a fast paced, challenging class that will leave you feeling energized.

Jeannine Valle is an AFAA certified Group Fitness Instructor with a qualification in TRX. TRX stands for Total Body Resistance Exercise, a training method that focuses on strength, stability and mobility using the TRX straps. The TRX increases core strength and is great for all fitness levels! If you are interested in learning more about the TRX, Jeannine offers private sessions, small groups and classes.
