Pilates

Classes start from $20 per hr

Private and Group Pilates sessions at Uptown Body span from mat to apparatus workouts.  Pilate's moves through a series of exercises and full body movements that emphasize not just your core musculature but your overall wellbeing.

Pole Fitness is a unique "spin" on getting in shape! Classes will vary according to levels and include an array of aerobics, full body strength training, muscle sculpting/isolation sets, dance choreography, floor work, inversions, spins and much more.

Yoga is about the philosophy of melding body and soul with the world around. We offer classes in Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow Yoga and Restorative Yoga.  Join one of our wonderful classes today!

Zumba

Classes start from $15 per hr

In Zumba, we use different rythms liske Salsa, Cumbia, Hip Hop, even Broadway music! Zumba is interval training, bringing your heart rate up, and then providing a very important "recovery", which not only helps you burn calories, but gives you stamina.
